Kristen was installed as the LSBA Young Lawyers Division’s Chair at the LSBA Annual Meeting in Destin, Florida. Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice John L. Weimer administered the oath of office. As Chair, Kristen will preside over the LSBA YLD Council for the 2024 - 2025 bar year.

The purpose of the LSBA YLD is to foster discussions and interchange of ideas relative to the duties, responsibilities, and problems of the younger members of the legal profession in Louisiana; to aid in their advancement; and to encourage their interest and participation in the LSBA’s activities.
