Kristen presented "Reimagine Tomorrow: Diversity and Inclusion Within Your Firm" at the American Bar Association's Southeast States Regional Summit in Orlando, Florida with Dahlia Walker-Huntington of Plantation, Florida and Quinton Thompson of Memphis, Tennessee. The panel made the "business case" for achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace using recent data showing the effects of D&I on profitability. The panel then facilitated an interactive discussion about how young lawyers can take meaningful steps to incorporate diversity, inclusion, and eliminate bias at their organizations and firms.
